Certified Master Inspector, the industry's top designation
The CMI® designation is the inspection industry's top professional credential, awarded only to qualifying inspectors who have demonstrated the highest level of competency. It requires extensive field experience, advanced certifications, and a commitment to continuous education.

Our team of Illinois licensed and InterNACHI Certified Inspectors is committed to ensuring you fully understand the condition of your home. We walk through the property with you, explaining as much as you want to learn about your home's systems, components, and any areas of concern.
While we strictly follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice, we take pride in going above and beyond, our inspections often exceed industry standards.
